Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return slip inside the package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces through our customer service team.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
